Elaine Wolfenden trained in radio at Bristol's Radio West. In those days when records still turned and online was just a word for washing that needed to be dried. She has worked as head of news at different radio stations and in a variety of presenting roles for over 25 years. All this fitted carefully between bringing up two children and taking various jobs during school hours from window display to teaching art, all of which reflected her strong creative side.
Now based in Dubai producing webcasts and taking time out to write - Elaine has travelled the world and puts her skills down to a good eye, daring perspective and cunning persuasion.
Her first children's book 'The Yummy Scrummies' is aimed at anyone with a childish heart and a sense of humour and is about to be followed by a rather scrumptious The Yummy Scrummies Recipe Book!
Canadian Donna Acheson-Juillet started drawing at a young age but her true passion, watercolour painting, blossomed after she adopted France as her second home. She has earned many awards in France and Canada.
Donna has taught creative watercolour for more than 15 years while living in France and Dubai. She has currently illustrated 10 books and has exhibited her work in France, Belgium, England, the Netherlands and the United Arab Emirates.
